In March 2022, System Video finished an AV installation for an IT company’s new office space in South Dublin. We provided audio visual solutions for their meeting rooms, huddle rooms and all hands area.
For the company’s 3 huddle rooms and 4 hush rooms, we installed 55″ & 27″ DTEN touch screens designed for Zoom Rooms. The all in one device is perfect for video conferencing, whiteboarding and sharing documents. The display has a 4K wide angle camera providing a face-to-face meeting experience, which is ideal for the client’s smaller meeting spaces.
Their 2 meeting rooms, designed for 6 people, were fitted with two Samsung 55″ 4K displays side by side. For the slightly larger 8 person meeting room, we increased the Samsung displays to 65″ to accommodate the larger room’s requirements. A Neat Bar was chosen for the meeting rooms’ all in one device, with one Neat Pad on the table used as a room controller and another outside the meeting room’s wall door designed for room scheduling.
The inviting and laid back all hands area ‘the hive’, was fitted with a 98″ Samsung 4K display, perfect for team meetings and presenting and can be used as digital signage when not in use. 14 AUDAC pendant speakers were fitted and programmed to cover two different rages in the space. The large display is configured with Zoom Rooms, and the 2 Logitech Rally conference cameras allow the space to include remote participants.
The building’s bright rooms, warm furnishings and integrated AV technology make the company’s new space very inviting for their team and visitors.
